Galaxy Z fold 4 not turning on.

My 9 months old Galaxy Z fold 4, Is not turning on. I have tried many times forced on but problem persists. I requested Samsung Canada and they sent me a return Label. It is now with FUTURETEL Markham ON  Canada since May 25. My Z fold 4 is still under warranty. Why my phone suddenly went off and the screen became became blank  !!! Will FUTURETEL repair it in time. In how many days I will get back my phone .

If the device was sent in before the warranty expired, you should be fine. 

As to why, the repair shop should be able to tell you. It's either software or hardware.
