Galaxy ZHi, We recommend you to try to perform a diagnostic test on Screen from Samsung Members app.
STEP 1. Open Samsung Members.
STEP 2. Tap on Diagnostics.
STEP 3. Tap on Test hardware.
STEP 4. Choose the Screen to check and optimize the performance.

Galaxy ZDon't know if it's just one faulty device. 2 posts reporting the same thing on the same model of device?
Personally, I'd just return the device & get a brand new one. Hopefully the replacement will not have the same issue.
