Wathcing a video in youtube and suddenly my puxels started to flash its been only 16 days since I bought the device , the device Which i took with rogers they are unable to help and even samsung customer service unable to help with the exchange of new device, said to replace the screen just with in 1 month I feel bad that my divice went to repair with in 1 month time frame.



 I have started to get a doubt is it even reliable?????????

Hi, We recommend you to try to perform a diagnostic test on Screen from Samsung Members app.

STEP 1. Open Samsung Members.

STEP 2. Tap on Diagnostics.

STEP 3. Tap on Test hardware.

STEP 4. Choose the Screen to check and optimize the performance.

Diagnostics might only confirm that the device needs to be replaced!

Must've been a faulty device. They should either replace it or repair it for free.

Don't know if it's just one faulty device. 2 posts reporting the same thing on the same model of device?

Personally, I'd just return the device & get a brand new one. Hopefully the replacement will not have the same issue.

I think that's the same device, if you read what's written in Samsung canada support, it's the same thing written at the same time
