I asked about the hinges on my flip 5 a while ago as they seems to be not completely flat.I'm thinking about requiring for a mail in repair. However I took the phone to local CC and they said "this is completely normal",and one of my friends also using flip 5 said this is unable to fix.I don't know if I should mail it in because there's also a lot of negative reviews on the repair shop according to the address provided by Samsung.

I found that if you push it a little bit it becomes flat, but I don't know if it's normal

I'm able to see it a little too. What I would do is visit the centre once again & ask the employee to compare a new flip with yours, side by side

Have the repair it before the warranty runs out. After that Samsung will rob you. My flip did not open fully and Samsung asked me to pay 525 plus tax for fixing the faulty hinge 😞
