Right where are the free galaxy buds pro I hear other countries getting and credit to spend on the website for accessories and whatever. after this they should put buds in every order

Not working on a s10 and also an s21 ultra, the s10 is paid off... Still say please contact carrier..... Or an error happened... No freebies or credit, unable to trade, 2h26 of wait time on chat what an excellent release 👌

Same issue here, tried Samsung S9, S10+ and S21+, it either says contact carrier ot device ineligible for processing. Must have tries over a 100 times

I tried my S10+ again at about 2:30am CST and it got traded.

I was trying to tradein my s10+ and first it showed me $178 + $300 credit but now shows my device is ineligible for tradein

The trade in page won't take my S21 Ultra IMEI

@samsung_ben Still doesnot work. IMEI search not working.Tried trading in note 10+. Can't order because of it
