Both iPhone & Pixels have Call recording, but not in North America.

Good luck with your lawsuit..

The reason for that is, United States citizens don't have the same legal rights as Canadians do on recording. When recording a conversation both parties must know and consent. Where we don't need consent. Our laws actually favor us there. That's how I won my last lawsuit, because they without knowledge of recording admitted to breaking federal codes, and there was nothing I could do about it.

Ya my lawyers fixed them and their insurance company.

Only 13 states in the US require "all parties consent", the balance are exactly the same as in Canada, ie: only one of the participants in a call must be aware that the call is being recorded.

Again, it's NOT a "Right", it's a convenience.

It'd be interesting to see some proof of any previous success, in this litigation, as I am highly skeptical that it exists, in as much as any court order requiring Samsung to enable Native Automatic Call Recording...

But good luck in your quest.
