OthersBoth iPhone & Pixels have Call recording, but not in North America.

OthersOnly 13 states in the US require "all parties consent", the balance are exactly the same as in Canada, ie: only one of the participants in a call must be aware that the call is being recorded.
Again, it's NOT a "Right", it's a convenience.
It'd be interesting to see some proof of any previous success, in this litigation, as I am highly skeptical that it exists, in as much as any court order requiring Samsung to enable Native Automatic Call Recording...
