Dark mode on Samsung internet

My internet is in dark mode and it won't turn off. I've tried restarting twice,  putting phone on dark mode and checking internet settings to see if dark mode can be selected - no change. 

I cannot select dark mode turn on/off because it is not highlighted.... how do I fix this?

Open Samsung Internet Browser & go to it's Settings. It sounds like you have High Contrast mode selected. Just Toggle it OFF.
