Project Treble doesn't seem to be doing much for "Flagship" devices.. When J5 is getting Android 8.1 & Experience 9.5....Let's see Samsung step up their game!

8.1 is useless to me. I care about 9.0 which S9 is first to get out of all phones (and j5 last? 😂) . Hope to see it in January!

I might get note 9, but I'm getting it for extra ram, not 8.1.

If you guys want latest then get pixel maybe? I rather have Samsung working on releasing 9.0 asap (which is out already) then working on 8.1 which came out last year.

I'm just tired of every 2 days crying about why Samsung isn't updating the device. It's just spam at this point.

And I'm not saying updates are bad. I care about 9.0 at this time. I don't care about 8.1.

Galaxy S7 is on 8.0. S8 on 8.0. S9 on 8.0. They all cost double or triple the J5. This is very lame

Yup especially considering that the J5 is marketed as a "budget" phone by Samsung.... Let's see - Note9 and J5 are running Android 8.1 S7 through S9+ are running Android 8.0 And my Note 3 is running Android 8.1...... ¿?
