Others1) press and hold the photo you want to delete until you see a check mark in a white circle in the top left of the photo and tap the "delete" at the bottom if the screen.
2) if you want to delete everything, tap the 3 dots in top right corner of the screen, tap edit, tap the circle beside the date, tap "delete all" and that will delete all the photos.
I have deleted photos from my S21 Ultra gallery so many times. This is guaranteed to work.
