Do you have a reason to believe your phone is being hacked or wire tapped? Cause if so please provide us specific details so we can help assess the issue and find out if there's a harmful application installed that might be creating a backdoor for hackers.

well i believe the police have a wire tap on it because i was arrested with my phone and when i got released the entire software was different. system apps were different. there was a SDK open source license aggreement with google .and customization software. and in my google settings there were 3 devices and i only have 2 linked to my google account. also the third device was like intraceable and said it had been logged in since 2013 and i just got these devices in april. also i am with Bell and there is a AT&T software update app in the system apps. along with SSO shared device and mobile tracker also in system apps.also in my settings it says IMS Registration is Not Registered. kernel version is from Aug8th which was 5 days after my arrest. also in system apps there is mobile tracker, nearby device, new enrolment, OMACP, Package Access Helper,Package Installer, PacProcessor, Intelligence Service, access cloud wihich is always trying to sync my data. IMS Settings.IMS service, Beaming Services, AllShare File ShareService, and apps are always running in the background and using too much data. Also in About device in my settings at the bottom it says Android Security Patch Level is Aug 1st 2017 which is when the police had custody of my phone.
