Let's fix an ambiguity. Samsung makes updates. Updates are tested and get the required approval before being released by Samsung. This includes carrier approval. Carriers do not release the updates, they just say "Ok, it works", "Nah this isn't working" or "You must change this to that", and then Samsung releases it if all approbation are obtained, including Google certification for Play Services.

Get ready to post this everyday for the vast majority of people lol That's why if you're with Rogers add 1.5 months to you getting the update...I cant wait till March lol
