MY EMAILS ARE GONE HELP

I was selecting my spam folder and tried to delete the emails from my spam folder now every single email ive ever had ( ive had this email for years ) is gone its not in any other folder not even my trash im freaking out and need to recover all my emails

What email app are you using? 

Any chance that you marked all your emails as Spam?

If you're using Samsung's email (I don't use it, so I'm not sure if it has a recycle bin), but you could check the recycle bin if it has one? 

You could also try Rebooting your device, and see if it was just a glitch?

Depending how your have your account set up for deleting emails on your providers website it is possible that some could be still there.

Log into your providers email site and check if they are gone there also

Hi, can you please let us know which email app are you using? 

As you have mentioned you have checked every folder but unable to recover them, so you can try the suggestion by Ray1 to Login to your providers email site and check if it helps.

you can install and setup another email app, such as gmail, you should be able to retrieve the old emails, if not, use the web based gmail in your computer and get back your old emails
