I understand you have checked the settings. Can you tell if you have following settings enabled?

- Caller ID and spam protection?
- Check if your brother's phone number in blocked list?
- Do you have DND mode on?

You can go to phone app → 3 dots on top right → Settings

Check Blocked numbers and Caller ID & spam settings

Hi, we would like to suggest you to remove and re-add your contacts and check if it works. We kindly request you to check if you are able to make a call from your phone to your brother.

1.Make sure his # is not blocked

2. Make sure DND is not enabled

3. Make sure your screen time isn't enabled (i turn mine on when at work)

Your ringer switch on?

Make sure your phone and his phone is up to date

Glad it is working now :)
