"Keep screen on while viewing" not working

All of a sudden the other day the "keep screen on while viewing" feature on my S20FE stopped working. I'm up to date on all software updates so I'm not quite sure what has caused this.

You can try a couple of things:

• Toggle Keep Screen On While Viewing, Off & ON. 
• Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache. 

Instructions on how to Wipe Cache:

Power off the device & wait a few seconds. seconds.

Press & HOLD the Power & Volume UP buttons until you feel the phone VIBRATE & Release BOTH buttons at the same time.

Wait a couple of seconds until you see the Recovery Menu.

Use the Volume button to scroll down to "Wipe Cache" & Select it with the Power Button.

Wait until the Recovery Menu Defaults Back to "Reboot System Now".
