Hello,
I bought a new phone today. A Samsung A70 and I had a samsung S8. I transferred all my data in the A70 and afterward, I resented the data of the old one. I put the sim card in the new one and I lost all the data I just transferred... so now, I do not have the data on one or the other.
what could I do?
Thank you!!

did you backup your information to Smart Switch, if you did you should be able to link your new phone to the Samsung Cloud and download to the new phone.

OthersHey @Oli195
When you proceed with the initial setup for the first time after inserting the SIM card, your device will perform a factory data reset. In this case, the data transferred from your previous device will be deleted.

Same bad experience happend to me two weeks ago. I lost tons of family pictures and videos, and I can't believe that it's my fault because I didn't link my data to a cloud. A collective action should be done against Samsung, because this happens only with samsung recent Cellphones ! Any voulounteer ?
