Can't reset to start

Phone worked 1 week. Can't start or do soft or hard reset. Took it to 2 places, refuse to accept the bill of purchase. Bought online marketplace Bestbuy an unlock s21. I can't provide another bill, the repair shop says it doesnt look legit, Samsung wont accept access. What can be done?

Return it to where you purchased it. 

In Settings > About Phone > What is the model number, ie: SM-xxxxx?

Various resellers, often sell devices other than the Canadian models. ie:

We are sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your Galaxy S21.

If you're unable to power on or reset the device, and repair centers are refusing service due to the proof of purchase, we strongly recommend returning the device to the original place of purchase especially if it was bought through a marketplace.

Please check the model number by following the path provided by RedDogRabbit. This helps us determine whether the device is a Canadian model or an international model.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. As I was writing the message, I remembered the initial problem. I have been trying to fix this for 1 1/2y and it was left at repair shop for nearly 6 months. We could not open it because of password fails. This time I was able to check "forgot password" and it sent a message to an older phone. I was able to open it without a reset and transfer data from old phone. This time I took a screan shot of the phone info and set facial and finger recognition.

I bought 2 open box phones on Market place. I was so disapointed. My daughter is still very happy with her S20fe even though she had to spend 250$ to get screen replacement after a bad fall. Samsung changes the screen and battery as a kit even if the battery was only a month old.
As for the S21 5G , customer service was limited. We have S20fe, S21 5G and S21 5G Ultra, I prefer the S20Fe as it has a memory card option and I find it takes better pictures.
