OthersI purchased a Samsung soundbar from the Canadian website for Samsung. The product was not suitable for the TV I bought it for. As I had just opened the box, tested it and found it does not have as good sound as the TV speakers I wanted to return it. BUYER BEWARE. If you open the box Samsung will not accept it as a return. What a draconian policy. I will warn everyone to not buy their products direct. Buy through Costco so you have a real return policy if the product is not to your liking.
Waiting for the standard reply from Samsung referring to their terms and conditions. What a shame that they don’t change their policy to get return customers.

OthersPersonally, I would never purchase anything directly from Samsung, this "open box" policy is one of the reasons.
AFAIK, the only open box items that can be returned are mobile phones?
