Samsung cloud - factory data reset

Dear all, I will sell my s22 and I am trying to reset the data as per factory original.
But every time it request the samsung account password, I inform it correctly but it says that there is a "network error".

Note: the internet is working good

Does anybody knows how to get off from this logout loop?

Hi, it seems the device needs to be examined by the service technician to know the root cause of the issue and get fixed.
