Does anyone else have problems sending emails to non Gmail accounts? I checked with shaw and it's not their server. It happens from my Samsung app and outlook..

I have had the Outlook email app for over 30+ years and have only had a couple of times where I have sent email to friends with different apps and a mail send failure had occurred. I find Outlook to be very reliable for my email requirements

Hi lwolfe, we suggest you sign out of your account in the Samsung Email app and then try signing back in to see if the error persists. If the issue still occurs, we recommend using a different email app to check if the problem is related to the app. If the error persists even after using another email app, please check your email settings.

Hi, are you facing this issue while sending emails? are you able to receive the emails?

You can clear the app’s cache by navigating to Settings and then tapping Apps. Select the email app, and then tap Storage. Tap Clear cache.

To clear the app's data, navigate to Settings and then tap Apps. Select the email app, and then tap Storage. Tap Clear data, and then tap OK. This will completely wipe the app and reset it to the original settings.
