Samsung Gift and question

first, my Samsung Gear VR arrived and I absolutely love it!!! thank you Samsung for this great Christmas gift @nick @Shirley. love being a Samsung Member, love all my Samsung products. :)

second. my oculus notifies me when I receive emails or texts. Is it possible to respond to these messages? mainly normal text or kakaotalk.

Yes you can, when you have the headset on, hold either the back or the home button ( I forget which right now) it'll pull you to a settings type menu that looks kinda like the notification bar and then you can toggle off notifications there 😊

Edit: for some reason I thought you didn't want notifications. I'm not sure if there is a way to respond to messages, sorry for the misdirection! lol

That is to toggle notifications...but I dont think you can reply from the VR or call people when an incoming call comes in and you have your VR on....
It will just notify you.
