OthersCan we stop with the whole billing bs. I'm so God darn tired of hearing that bs excuse with that dumb generic email. I have spent over a grand today trying again and again to make my purchase and again and again they always blame it on billing. It's either the customers fault putting in a typo as if thousands of people are too darn dumb to get there name and address right. If not us it's the banks fault. Never samsungs. Never samsungs. Information couldn't be verified? Well what system do you guys use? It's crazy how nike and Adidas can communicate directly with your bank to send you a code to your phone before an order is placed yet samsung with there billions of dollars can't even hire a half smart tech to implement such a program. The last successful purchase I had was January 29th 2021 which means the system has been canceling my orders for half a year now. HALF A YEARRR and you wanna sit there and say it's a billing issue, maybe you typed something wrong, make sure your name is right, make sure your ...... email matches💀 that's my favorite bc it shows just how clueless these reps are. Email doesn't have to match any system with any merchant in the entire world to make a successful purchase. In fact the only thing that needs to match is the address. **bleep** the name doesn't even need to match for a successful purchase so I'm so tired of hearing bullcrap excuses. Fix your stupid system. Having my orders canceled for over half a year is completely unheard of and uncalled for. It's worth noting that I also made a new account per reps instructions and they placed it for me on that account.... it canceled 🤦♂️ amazing. I bet you can guess the excuse! That's right billing info doesn't match like sooooo many others problem. My bank says every single detail to the tiniest thing matched. Even my device digital signature matched when they took a further look into the approved transactions and yet somehow samsungs systems are so ancient they think its a billing problem bc they don't use a system that verifies the information for new customers....Nice. I bet if 10 people placed an order today; they'd all be canceled due to billing. It's a samsung thing and they aren't doing anything about it.

OthersI have ran into your problem also and what was really infuriating is they cancelled and didn't bother to let me know. It was only by looking at my account a few days later that I found out it was cancelled.
The solution to this problem that I was able to find is paying with my PayPal account. Since I started doing this the problem is gone.
