This is the way Samsung Members works in others countrys...Why, don't we have this in Canada ?
The Staff
Community Manager: Here to ensure the whole Community is working as it should as well as looking at new ways to develop and improve the Community experience. They’re pleasant and fine folk, and they’ve been known to get involved in the odd conversation or two on here.
Community Administrator: Here to make sure the machinery of the forum works as it should. Although they will rarely, if ever, post, they’re quite nice too; and they’re the ones who add really cool stuff like new avatars, boards and polls.
Community Lead: Here to find out what’s going on in the Community, report back on it to the Community Managers (and other relevant peeps); and let the Moderators know what they should be doing and how (I’ve also been known to get involved in the odd conversation or two on here too… *looks at post count*)
Moderator: Here to help conversations along; make sure the forum is tidy, safe, and anything that needs feeding back is captured and, well, fed back. They can help point people in the right direction and will be happy to answer/investigate/escalate stuff the general Community might not be able to answer.
The Volunteers
Superuser:Your friendly neighbourhood Superusers. These folks are amongst the most welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful members of the Community. They are completely independent, yet dedicate a significant amount of their own time helping other people navigate the world of Samsung. If you have a question... if no one else can help... and if you can find them... maybe you can ask... The Superusers.
3 levels for Superusers, Level 2 can delete message or move posts to the good section, WHY don't we have this in Canada ?
I sincerely hope then this will be done soon and I also hope @Shaggyskunk1 and @CHMultimedia to be the 2 firsts SUPERUSERS of Canada's country...i think the're the only users with 15 badges/15 HERE...
badges mean nothing, well I agree they are good users, It better be not based on how many badges someone has. I could literally post nonsense and get badges. it has to be based on a bunch of things. once again as much as I like Shaggy and CH and they do deserve it. it seems like theres some people (I believe there's three) that all all over those two like they deserve the world. or they are the best since someone figured our how good maple syrup tasted like.
honestly they are good members, but there's other good memebers too.
@Habsfan If you go on many other Samsung Members forum, you surely know, there is 3 levels of SUPERUSER and Moderator would have to choose which level good users are. i don't thinks you can win 15 badges if you post nonsense thing. I know there are many others good users and with 13 badges, you're probably a good user too but if I mentionned those 2 guys it's because I like the way they answer a lot of posts. THey don't lie , they say what they think and I like it.. We need to start somewhere and if Samsung Canada does it I think we need them, that's my idea ! Thanks for your comment...
no like I said they are definitely good lol I have no issues with them being mods or anything at all. but I do 100% agree we do need more mods or people with admin rights to be able to delete post so what happend on the long weekend doesn't happen again
