Samsung oven enamel cracking and peeling

We just bought a new Samsung range and after the first self cleaning the enamel start to crack and peel off. Has anybody else seen this issue. I don’t think this is normal. Should this be cover under warranty.

  • I'm having the same problem. Getting tired of samsung and there bad products latley. I have a samsung fridge that the icemaker freezes up and won't make ice. Just bought 2 S22 ultras for my wife and myself and the cameras are **bleep**, blury pics when there is movement or low light, purchased them from the USA, they will not help because I live in Canada.  Also had a samsung monitor that was just over one year old and went dead. Guess what samsung would not help me on any of these issues. I'm done useless they make these issues right. Sick of spending top dollar to get crapy products that they won't stand behind. 20230401_150934.jpg

Just to add to this, I contacted samsung about this, and after determining that there was no repair shop close enough, they told me someone would get back to me. I never got that call or email.
Now our oven has malfunctioned by overheating and is burning everything. I could not even turn the oven off. It's a good thing I was home or it could have burnt the house down...
I had to pull the plug from the wall to shut the oven off!
Needless to say, we ditched this oven and bought a new oven. This is the last time I buy a samsung product.

I have the same problem.  My range is about 5 years old.  Black with gray panels on the front. A Small area of the black had peeled  or eroded through normal use.  I have never had this happen with any other appliance.

Add another one to the list. Our oven is less than a year old, has never been self cleaned and the bottom is cracking in flaking. I cut my finger trying to clean it.

Mine did same thing after first self cleaning. Also at one year old the control panel flickers all kinds of options on panel and clock missing segments. Very poor quality i bought microwave, stove, fridge and dishwasher. Spent around four grand on this junk. 
very unhappy consumer here and will join in law suit. If anyone knows of one being started i would like the info.

SAMSUNG is aware of this issue and doesn't want to do nothing about it. This is Manufacturers defect, they should be liable for this. I bought my Samsung stove Dec 19 -2019 I noticed it 6 months later.  I call them and they said the same thing that it's cosmetic and there's no warranty on the stove.

We had this issue too I tried to get someone out multiple times during Covid and no one would come. It continues to get worse
