Just got a new phone and switched everything over, now when I go to use my secure folder it says to put my password in and I do then it comes up and asks me to put another password in but gives me no option to change it if I've forgotten it. I have tried every password possible. I can't close it or else it says it will delete restored data on my phone. I need help!

The first password is the one that you use to lock your secure folder. When transferring files from one phone to another, it usually asks you to create a temporary pass code for the transfer only. That's the second code that you have to put in on your new phone. Thus why it doesn't give you the option to change it if you've forgotten it.

It didn't ask me to create a password when I transferred the information. 😔
