First I was able to see who has sent me a text message when my screen was off. My lock screen content is not hide. But after updating the phone, I'm facing an issue particularly in text message app. Now if the screen is off and someone will text me, all I'm getting is just text message icon (it isn't showing who has sent me a message).
Just icon is displayed. Again my lock screen content is not hide. It was working fine before. In addition to that, first in the conversation in text message was showing blue (chat mode), but now its in green color. Can anyone help me with this please?
Please note that the settings and features of the phone depends on the update and it will change once you have updated the device.
From the Lock screen, tap the notification's icon to open up the Notification panel. Then, to open a specific notification, simply tap the desired notification, and unlock your phone if needed.
To dismiss a notification, swipe the desired notification to the left or right until it disappears.
Note: If you have a screen lock set up, you will need to enter your credentials to view the notification.
