Hey Samsung Members,

We are aware that many customers are experiencing shipment delays for specific models, and we wish to clear up some confusion regarding this.

Demand for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series of devices have reached a record high. Due to this, our retailers are having difficulty keeping up with orders. We are currently awaiting another shipment of devices from our manufacturers.

Your feedback is valuable to us. Our customer service team is working hard to ensure that every order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. All pre-order gifts and promotional items are guaranteed and will be delivered along with the devices as soon as inventory is made available.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.

We truly thank you for your patience, and apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. We understand that you're excited to receive our latest Samsung Galaxy devices. We greatly value your support, and we will continue to monitor and update you on the situation as we learn more.

We should file a legal complaint together and ask for compensation. This is false advertising and Samsung is taken advantage of our money. We should together look for legal advice.

I ordered an s22+ and an ultra. Got the s22+ sent a phone for trade in which acc to samssung website was estimated $200. I sent the phone, after 2 weeks i recieved an email today, and they are giving me $38 for my old phone..i sent it in the exact condition i mentioned.. they say we cant help with the trade in value. What a big big scam! They give u a high value on the website, then when you complete the purchase they change the trade in value and dont give a reason why...i thought apple was bad but samsung does not even have the courtesy to do anything. They want u to just waste time yelling at CS team when its not even their fault.

To put this in simple words
"Now that we have your money, you're on your own. We (Samsung) don't care whether you receive your order on time or not. Not our problem.
Thank you for trusting us and giving us your money. "

Sorry don't mean to run salt to an already sore wound. I want to point out how skewered Samsung's order system is.

1) Placed my PO with Samsung for the Tab S 8+ Rose Gold 256/8 model on Feb. 22.
2) received email shipping confirmation Feb. 23
3) Received my ENTIRE order (yeah I got all the PO promo items as well) on the 24th.

And here I am at the forums seeing people still waiting for their orders who placed **bleep** far earlier than me. I count myself extremely lucky in this circumstance.

Samsung should probably do a couple things in future:
1) consider NRD (non refundable deposit of $50-100?) - no need to charge upfront and customers don't feel ripped off - BUT this needs to be communicated properly to the consumer (which, well, as far as that goes is a joke here).
2) put an order stop once demand is met (basically PO being sold out)
3) with order numbers coming in, you should be on the ball to start the 'customization' process as soon as possible. Not at the ship date - that's just ridiculous! Shorter delays and better customer satisfaction I would think.

Communication is horrid above all things. Online store system is an utter joke and totally unreliable! It needs a major overhaul.

I feel really bad for all those still waiting. I think the backlash wouldn't be that severe had there been more proper communication and system being more 'honest'. This is a really bad joke. That in this day and age, a global corporation like Samsung can't get their act together. It's just... Wow. 🙄🤦

The funniest part is Samsung payment system. Why took 48 hours to approve? I ordered so many things online and none of any store will need to wait 48 hours for approval. If you made a single mistake and failed on approval, you waste 2 days of time. This will increase customer service work load since many people need to call in to fix their issues.
