Watch out everyone as samsung canada is once again upto their old tricks involving promotion of free eabuds with purchase of any samsung s21 s21plus or s21 ultra as you will not receive your free gift with purchase. I recently purchased not one but two s21 smartphones and apparently the one I got from bestbuy and paid 1100 dollars canadian in full was not eligible for some unknown reason that they refused to give any explanation for and the second s21 smartphone I bought from fido and had an actual samsung associate take control of my device in order to submit the required proof of purchase showing the date my name and the device imei and they say that one the documents were submitted incorrectly so even though they did it I pay the piper.. what a joke samsung get it together. Yes the status says both of my devices are not ekegible and specifies no reason what so ever just to contact you folks for more info which I of course did and was the info your associate submitted was incorrect so I wouldn't be receiving my promo buds pros either pair so.....riddle me that batman
Ya I'm having a ton of issues trying to apply for the ear buds. Received my phone a month late and still haven't been able to sort out the ear buds. The amount of time I spend on the phone, I could have easily trippled the value of the headphones at work.
Got rejected twice because I received it after July 5. But you sent out and update saying I had to wait untill July 26. It's rediculous. A step below a scam. But I am emailing someone to try and resolve the issue.
