Maybe buy an S10 series from a Carrier that is offering them free on contract? Not the best if you only want the Galaxy Buds....

they are not on sale any where at this time as a stand alone item

might have to wait for a flash sale or black friday as they are a brand new product from Samsung so I cannot see them going on sale anytime soon,

that being said, subsribe to Samsung's newsleter and you will be the first to know if they ever have them on sale on Samsung's store.

if you buy a galaxy watch or at least active watch through the source you get a pair of buds for 99.99 my spouse bought the active watch and i got the buds for 99
