Hi pogihi,
Please check for the Dexcom G6 app and Samsung health app. Make sure that the apps are up to date.
Then uninstall and reinstall the apps and restart your device.
If the problem persists, please contact the Dexcom G6 app developer to fix the issue.

They can't do anything. The Dexcom app isn't recognized by Samsung Health... they don't communicate with each other for waht ever reason. And now, seeing this post is from November of last year... I have basically no hope at all that this will ever be resolved. I feel stupid for thinking it would just work together.

According to Dexcom keeping your Android operating system up to date is a bad idea. Android 12 is apparently not compatible.

I don't know if this information is old or not. But I found this from Dexcom website:

- Open the Dexcom CGM app menu

- Click Settings

- Click S Health

- Click Edit Permissions

- Turn on and enable Blood Glucose to be shared

- Tap Done

Oh...I just read again from their website, the instruction is for SHealth. However, Samsung Health replaced SHealth for a long time. I believe Dexcom G6 app doesn't compatible with Samsung Health.

On my S10+:

Open Dexcom G6 app

Settings -> Health Apps

Click on Samsung Health

Toggle Blood Glucose

Click Done

It says it will take 3 hours for data to appear in Samsung Health

I also have an Active 2 watch.

Samsung Health already has widgets.  They just need one for blood glucose. And add alerts for  highs and lows. This would be great, because then I wouldn't have to use Nightwatch/Wearable Widgets, since it seems to be outdated
