My galaxy watch 6 classic has been acting weirdly recently, even after a reset, the heart rate data has extreme gaps in it, even when wearing it normally all day. It just stops tracking. I had this problem before, and was told my phone needed an upgrade, so I upgraded from the A71 to the S23 FE, and I am experiencing this issue again.

The heart rate is set to measure continuous
All settings are how they're supposed to be

Have you clean the watch? The surface that touch your skin may be dirty. Maybe cleaning the watch can fix the problem?

Hi Nabeel000,

Sorry to hear that your Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is having gaps in heart rate tracking.

If Power Saving or Battery Saver mode is enabled, it might interrupt the continuous heart rate monitoring. Please check that your watch isn’t in any battery-saving mode that could be causing interruptions.

Sometimes, a simple restart can help maintain performance. Rebooting your watch once a week or so may prevent intermittent tracking issues.

Occasionally, dirt or oils can accumulate on the sensors, which may impact accuracy. Wipe the back of the watch with a soft, lint-free cloth to keep the sensors clear.

I rebooted it, cleaned it and it still did not track the last hour, until I turned off "measure continuously" and turned on manual, and measured it myself... it's not auto tracking unless I'm sleeping, or in an exercise

Hi Nabeel000,

As you’ve already tried switching from “Measure Continuously” to “Manual,” which temporarily resolved the issue. Try toggling to “Every 10 minutes” mode, wait a few minutes, then switch back to “Measure Continuously” to reset the mode. Sometimes this can “re-activate” the continuous tracking setting.

If you have done everything from Watch, how about clear cache and data on Phone Samsung Health?
