If you're interested in "hurrying it up a bit", this is what I did. 

I Downloaded the latest version from apk mirror, updated it, but then I got an error saying it wasn't available yet. 

Uninstalled & Reinstalled from Galaxy Store, but it was failing to complete the update, which it was saying it needed to continue. Uninstalled 

Booted into Recovery & Wipe Cache, downloaded it again from Galaxy Store (obviously something was left behind after installing the update from apk mirror, even though I cleared Cache & Data for Samsung Wallet).

Ultimately, it's working lol

It wasn't particularly straightforward, but occasionally I can be persistent lol 😂 

Anyway, it wasn't clear that it was going to work, fortunately it did 👍🏻

I heard Samsung Canada already start rolling out the wallet app few days ago. But it will not push out all at once, is by % each day.

Well, in the end I was able to download it from Samsung's Canadian Galaxy Store, and that's the one which is working for me. It was just a bit of a circuitous route to get there cartwheel 🤸‍♂️

It was available for me on my S22 by just updating Samsung pay from the Galaxy Store

I went a step further (with installing the Wallet APK from apkmirror) and also updated the Samsung Pay Framework. Now I can't roll the Framework version back and the steps you gave aren't doing the trick, either 😪

What version of the Framework do you have? Mine is 5.1.77.

I'm still getting the same "can't update" error.

Mine is 5.1.78 on my S20 Ultra. So you probably need to be running the same version of Samsung's "Pay" Framework.
