Samsung Pay
I updated my samsung pay and it changed to samsung wallet. I tried to add my debit but it says invalid information. I am currently in Canada but there is no zip code, Canada has postal code in letters and numbers so i can't add. Please someone help. I also checked my roommate phone his samsung pay is different from mine, i don't know how. Please someone provide some suggestions.

What is the model number of your device? 

Also, what version of Samsung Pay / Wallet is installed on your device? 

A "first coffee" thought is wondering, do you have a US model? 

If you purchased it from Amazon or Ebay, it seems to be quite possible that it is. For some reason, most of the Samsung devices that I've seen for sale on both sites, end up being American, or even the International variant. 

That could certainly explain why you are seeing what you are.

Samsung Wallet is not available officially for Canada. There is a possibility you are using a US version, for that you need US contact details. There is a thread available in the Samsung community discussing that.

Samsung Pay won't work with a Canadian SIM on a US device.

Samsung Pay will only work in the country it was registered in.

So you need a US SIM for it to work.

You can use Google Pay though on your US device, with a Canadian SIM.

You should probably also Flash the Canadian Carrier's CSC.

@RedDogRabbit when i came here it was working fine, recently i had some issues with my cards so removed it and try to add new one but always said invalid information.

Start by Clearing BOTH Cache & Data for Samsung Pay & Reboot.
