Samsung PayHi, please try the below steps and get back to us with the results.
1. Unpair the watch from your phone.
Navigate to and open Settings on your phone. Tap Connections, and then tap Bluetooth. From the Paired devices list, tap the Settings (gear) icon next to your watch name, and then tap Unpair.
2. Reset your watch.
From the watch's Home screen, press the Home key (Power key), and then tap Settings. You can also swipe down the Status panel, and then tap the Settings icon.
Next, swipe to and tap General, and then tap Reset. Then, tap the checkmark or Reset to confirm.
3. Uninstall Galaxy Wearable.
Navigate to and open the Apps screen on your phone. Touch and hold the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap Uninstall. To uninstall the plugin, navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Apps. Find the plugin for your watch (e.g. Galaxy Watch Active2), tap it, and then tap Uninstall. Tap OK to confirm.
Depending on your carrier, you may not be able to uninstall the Galaxy Wearable app. Instead, tap Force stop, and then tap Storage. Tap Clear data, and then tap OK. Repeat this process for the plugin.
4. Uninstall the Samsung Pay plug-in.
Navigate to and open Settings on your phone. Swipe to and tap Apps, and then swipe to tap either Samsung Pay (Watch plug-in) or Samsung Pay (Gear plug-in). Now, tap Uninstall. Tap OK to confirm.
5. Reinstall the Galaxy Wearable app.
Navigate to and open either Galaxy Store or Play Store on your phone. Search for and select Galaxy Wearable, and then tap Install.
6. Reconnect your watch and phone, and then check for software updates.
Open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap Get started. Select your watch from the list, and then follow the prompts to reconnect your devices. From the Home tab, swipe to and tap Watch software update, and then tap Download and install. If an update is available, tap INSTALL.

Samsung PaySimilar thing happened but on my samsung phone a52s. I suspect that since i have turned on the option where you swipe up on screen off and samsung pay opens, and it had reset it self dur to accidental touches while fone being in my pocket...or bixby routines could be the culprit

Samsung PayI have the same issue with the Samsung Watch 5 and a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (1tb). Your steps are not helpful. You outlined steps to reset everything instead of finding the root cause. It's a very lazy and canned response that unskilled or lazy support staff use because they have no idea what caused the issue or how to fix it. Instead of helping customers find a solution or researching a real fix/workaround, you ask users to spend the very time consuming process of resetting, with no guarantee that it will fix the issue at hand, again, because you have no idea how to relolve the issue.
Many of us bought our devices outright and we deserve proper support. Not canned replies when you can't be bothered to look into the issue.
Please do better.
I've since found out that this IS a Samsung issue that resets the Samsung Pay function on a smartwatch.

Samsung PayI too have a galaxy watch 5 & s23 ultra. When pushing to activate the samsung pay it resets to factory settings. I've un-installed everything and did fresh installs and this keeps happening over and over where I keep having to put my cards back in the samsung pay watch. This is now happening day after day.
Samsung what in the world is going on ?
