Secure FolderMoreover the fact you can change both the name and the folder icon of Secure Folder in reases the premise and notion to have it remain private to ONLy the owner of the phone.
So having an alert pop-up in notifications (many people of the 1 line of notifications defaulted to be showing the preview or the header, fully defeats the purpose of a secure folder to remain private.

Secure FolderHi, please try to Toggle off the Secure folder notification and check if it works.
Settings >> Notifications and scroll down to the Notification for the Secure Folder >> Toggle it OFF.
If that doesn't work, please perform wipe cache partition and see if it helps.
Below are the steps to perform wipe cache partition.
1.Turn off the unit.
2.Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).
3.Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".
4.Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select.
When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.
5.Press the Power button to reboot the unit.

Secure FolderThat will not work. If you are using the Secure Folder, you will have to dismiss the Notification after every Reboot.
You can not "Toggle Off" the Notification & Wiping Cache will not do anything regarding this Notification.
