can't restore secure folder data from local backup

Hi all,

i have an A52 and i am trying to restore the data from the previous backup (local files on my PC) but it asks for a password i didn't setup or remember i made a backup of my phone using smart switch, then i did a factory reset for maintenance purposes at the store, after the issues was fixed i went back home to restore my phone data

everything was restored normally except the secure folder data

this is what i get after i opened the secure folder

i tried any password i could think of but failed to log in

does anyone know how to fix this or what the password maybe?

i tried to delete secure folder cache and data but still got the same result, also this is different from Samsung account password

You might have to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it resolved, if it's even possible?

I did a restore just 2 weeks ago and lost all my imported iPhone bookmarks (hich only go into Samsung Internet).

I had no idea private folder actually was able to be backed up, due to the nature of its reason for being

I downloaded my Samsung data from the Samsung Cloud but I cannot open the files because I don't know where to find the necessary password to open my downloaded files.
I'm sure this is easy.
Could someone please help me with this question?
