Smartthings
I added my son as a member on Smart Things so I can track his travels. His phone/device doesn't show up on the Find map. Why?

SmartthingsHi Barbiesloth,
Please make sure your son's location services and SmartThings Find are enabled on his phone, and his Samsung account is synced.
Also, confirm that location sharing is granted in SmartThings, and his device is connected to the internet. If issues persist, try re-adding his device.

Your son will also need to grant you permission to view his travel history on his phone. Otherwise, you will not be able to use this feature to track other users.
