This morning my wifi calling quit working on my Galaxy S23FE phone. Checked my wifi calling settings in my phone settings and it's gone. The setting for it is gone. Went to the place where we got got it and all they did was give me a phone number to phone. Phoned the number, all he was doing was sending me a link to smart things. During the call we lost connection. I did find out that the store we got it from doesn't deal with warranty. I would have to travel by ferry for 2 hours and travel to the nearest Samsung store which is over a hour from the ferry. Me paying for it all. I will try calling again tomorrow. I will have to drive 15 minutes to get cell service. Has anyone else had this issue?

You should check with your Cell provider to see if there might be a problem on their end causing it to not work properly

Are you still connecting to your Wi Fi?

Possibly reboot your phone and  Wi Fi to see if that might help

I have wifi. When I go to my phone and go to settings, wifi calling use to show up, so if I had to, I could connect. The wifi option is not there anymore. I don't have a landline. I need the wifi calling. I asked about getting a new phone, I've only had this for a month, I was told I would have to go to a Samsung store. The nearest one is approx 4 hours away. That includes a 2 hour ferry.

Hi Mamajess, that's really sad and we are sorry to hear that your'e facing this issue on your device.

If you open the Phone Dialer and then tap on Menu (the three dots) followed by Settings, can you see Wi-Fi Calling as an option?
