Each earbud and tip has a little clip, so both the earbuds and tips are not fully round. You need to align that little clip between both the earbuds and tips.

Oh yes, sometimes it is extremely difficult to remove them. One time, unfortunately, I ripped an ear tip because of this.

Hi kthlyyn,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. To replace the ear tips, gently hold the Buds and carefully pull the existing tip away from the speaker nozzle until it detaches. When attaching a new tip, align it with the nozzle and press firmly until it clicks securely into place. Ensuring the ear tip is properly fitted will help maintain both comfort and sound quality.

We appreciate your patience and commitment to getting the best fit. If you continue to experience difficulty, our support team would be glad to walk you through the process step by step. Your satisfaction with the Galaxy Buds4 Pro experience is very important to us.

Just tried the Buds 4 pro, the fit was interesting, not quite like anything else in terms of earphones for the fit. I did swap the tips for larger tips, which did help. They are on there pretty good, if they stay inside your ear as well as the ear tips stay on the buds, they will be excellent. It will be interesting to see how the overall experience will be using them. I did shake my head around to see if they would fall out. When doing so with the out of the box ear tips, they stayed in, but wasn't super confident, was more confident with the bigger ear tips for myself.
