Email stopped working on both Samsung phone and tablet

All of a sudden my email has stopped working.  Password and settings are okay.  Any ideas?

try reinialise email Accounts ...
if you need a printscreen in English, tell me, I will change my language

no other network problems . Message reads "couldn't verify account". I've tried re-installing the email acct but doesn't work. yes, please, coul you send screen shot in English and let me know how I get to that screen. thanks

Hi Gwynt, try login from Shaw webmail and see if your username and password works. "Couldn't verify account" could be password changed?

On Outlook, go in settings, choose à email account and Reset account

I will check for Gmail and Samsung email procedure
Which email application do you use ?
For Gmail
Open a browser on your computer and log directly into your Gmail account at https://mail.google.com/ using the web-interface.  Can you send/receive e-mail using the web-interface OK?

 

Is the Gmail account full?  Looking below the inbox.  How much space, out of how much total, does it say is being used?

its a shaw email account. Funny, has been working fine and then all of a sudden it's not. I'm guessing from what you're saying that I have to reset from your shaw account?

Yeah..in the settings of Shaw application,  select your email account and check if you can reset it..

My Shaw account works fine. How you connect your account? POP3? IMAP? Or Exchange ActiveSync?
