TabletsHi, have you tried to remove and re-insert the SIM card, restarted the Tablet and verify if the Mobile data option is there?
Also, have you tested the SIM card in another device?

TabletsHi, we suggest you to please check this once.
Go to Settings > More networks > Mobile networks > Access point names and make sure you have your Carrier selected.
If that doesn't work, we request you to contact your service provider they might help you in solving the issue.
