Still waiting for Tab S9 Pre-orders?

Just wondering if anyone is still waiting on their pre-orders? This is getting ridiculous since it's out even at other retailers now and I'm still waiting for something I pre-ordered.

You must have ordered an exclusive colour or non stocked memory and they have to build the device if you haven't received a pre-order yet

Nope. Normal Tab S9 in graphite, a colour other stores have in stock.

Hi, I actually did reach out to support, on multiple occasions. First, they said I would hear back within 3 business days but that never happened, so I reached out again. This time, the support team went as far as to lie and say the order was ready to pick up. I went to the store, it still wasn't ready and they couldn't even give me an update so I decided to refund it since I leave the country soon and was hoping "pre-order" meant getting the device on launch day.

Awful customer support experience all around but at least I got my refund processed quickly so I could walk a few steps to pick up an iPad within minutes. Won't be purchasing Samsung products in the future.

Got mine on Sept 2 after ordering it Aug 10. 3 weeks.
