This morning my galaxy watch active 2 touchscreen stopped working properly. Random touch inputs and everything. I always took care of my watch (not going in the shower, wore a case) but suddenly my screen seems broken? 

I look if other people had the same issue and I found many on the browser version of samsung community. But I'm unable to connect because when a try to login I get an error 400. That error seem to affect my computer and phones. Keeping for commenting on the browser version. Anyway am I the only one having these issues.

The website issue isn't my main concern. I'm mostly worry about the fact that my device broke for no apparent reason like many other users.

how long is warranty?  My watch suddenly went wacko -- no touchscreen. It is 2023... still covered?

For the error 400. Try clear your browser cache and cookies. I don't think is server side because if error 400 from server side, you are not alone. Many members will voice out here.

For touchscreen having touch inputs, try open Wearable apps → Advanced

Try disable Touch wake up and bezel wake up. Will the random touch still exist?

If above suggestion is not working, do a backup for your watch. Open Wearable app → Account and backup → Backup data. Then, goto Geneal → Reset

After reset, don't rush to restore your watch data. Test the touch screen see if it is working.

If after reset is working without restore, it could be caused by 3rd party watch face. If after reset still not working, you may need to bring your watch to authorized store to check your watch by someone.Screenshot_20210801-111050_Galaxy Watch3 PlugIn_46965.jpg

Thank you. Clearing the cookies kinda worked on my pc. I can see other user's comments and post but each time I try to login my cookies Id seems blocked and the error 400 comes back.

For the watch part, disabling wake up touch and the bezel didn't work and I already factory reset my watch earlier.

I never installed 3rd party watch face. I only use the one on the picture since I got my watch.

I just sent a samsung active 2 for repair the touch screen stopped working and randomly inputted info. Always took care of if and its only 16 month old. The Battery started dying fast too out of jo where. They quoted 433$ to fix it!

Hi, I suggest you to keep your watch and app software up to date with the latest software version using the Galaxy Wearable app. Also, try to restart your watch. From the watch Home screen, press and hold the Power key. Then, tap Power off. After it has completely shut down, press and hold the Power key again to restart your watch. The watch will automatically reconnect with your phone or tablet after a few moments. Tap the top of the watch screen and then swipe down to view the watch connection status.

My watch is done i sent it to samsung to fix they quoted over 400$ I can buy a new one for 300. Junk

I have same problem in my active 2 i removed the touch screen protector and same problem.. The touch takes orders itself and does not working.. My watch like new no scratches no damage.. I charged it and did restart and factory reset but same problem.. aWhat can I do now?
