My buds2 pro are connected to my Bluetooth on my iphone11. The app keeps telling me that my device is not appearing in order for me to use the app. I've disconnected the buds, deleted the app twice and talked to support.

Hi, have you tried to perform both Clear data and Clear cache for the Galaxy Wearable app.

We recommend you to reset the buds by performing the steps in the given link and check it once again.

I think there is no Samsung Wearable app for Buds2 Pro on iPhone. Only connect through Bluetooth. Since not using Samsung, will missing out many Buds2 Pro features.

That's right.
On samsung phones, there is no app for Apple's AirPods neither. It just connects the phone via BT I/F, almost lost all features of AirPod.
