I have been using samsung for 8 years now. Kitchen to bedroom so many gadgets and i love them all. In all these years i never had too contact service centre until now. I never thought they had such a bad service centre. I send my galaxy buds plus for within guarantee repair one of the buds was not working and i lost the other one. I waited for more than 3 months and nether someone called or i got my buds. I called them a while ago and ask about the buds the answer was if i want my buds to be repaired i have to pay 129 dollars for one bud ( even the new case buds are 140 something dollars) and i told them dont repair them just send me back the only bud. They said to do that i have to pay them 50 dollars and that made no sense to me.. I'm luck it was just the buds. What if it was my refrigerator or tv. Was very disappointed after that.

I actually lost one of my ear buds and didn't knew were to get a a single bud but i was fine just using one until i started facing volume problem. So I contacted the online service centre and sent my buds. nobody contacted me for 3 months i called them few times but they were close. Then i got in touch with them and they told me that i have to pay for the left side buds and the cost is 129 canadian dollars. i checked online the price for brand new buds was 140 canadian. so i told them i dont want repair if you can send me back my buds. they said i have to pay 50 bucks to get my own buds back. even the new live buds are 200 dollars right now and paying for one side bud 129 didn't feel right.
