Dose anyone know if someone lost one of the ear buds if they can just replace that one or if hole new galaxy buds 2 package has to be bought?
(Add on) I found left ear bud at bus stop where I lost it. So was in snow and cold for 5 days give or take and got it home after work and charged it and it still works. Tough ear buds cause I found it in area where people waiting for bus would of stepped on it and had few days of very cold weather like with wind chill in -30°C

But if we could do the pair ourselves, that is great. But Mod said we still need to paired it in Experience Store. What about if we do not have Experience Store around?
Put both buds in a case and touch them together for around 7 sec, green light flashes. Once the light gets steady the pair is complete. It's that simple.
Hi Lemmie, if you have lost a single earbud you can purchase it at the nearest Samsung Experienced stores. However, the pairing of the earbuds can be done at the Samsung Experienced Stores only. I suggest you carry the cradle, and the old earbud to pair it with the new one.

Yes you can by one side but, they will charge you for the bud and the service!!! Very ridiculous. You end paying almost the price of a new pair !! Good teck but poor customer respect
