This is the second time I am posing this because the first time they said it was 'solved but it has not. I recently posted this on the US server and they said they would escalate it to the ones who were in the manufacturing country but I haven't heard anything and I got another flare of burns again this morning.

I have had my galaxy watch for over a year now and it has been wonderful, except for an issue that started a month ago.

I once noticed that my skin under the watch face (not the band) was very itchy. I looked under and it looked like a bad rash or burn had started! I switched wrists for a while, but the burn has not gone away. Then today, I noticed another burn starting on the opposite wrist now too!

I never wear my watch in the shower and rarely wear it to bed. This hasn't happened kn the first year and is a new thing that's started to happen!! Anyone else having these issues?!

My wife, 75, has the burnt mark on her waist too.  She did not do heavy exercise.  So allergic reaction is rule out.

This is interesting. I've just been online to see how common this is, I wear my watch every day, loose, never wet and take it off at night. I do have sensitive skin but have had no irritation from this watch in the 2 years of wearing it. Until yesterday, I felt burning under my watch, I took it off, the area was red and slightly painful and now I have burn bubbles on my wrist.  I was not exercising or doing anything strenuous when it started to burn - so you're not alone!

I have the same issue.  I stopped wearing the watch and it took 2 months for the burn to go away.  I still have a scar.

I have the same burn that appeared on my wrist. Its only where the sensors touch my skin on the back of the watch. The band has no issues on my skin.

I have had a similar problem but my problem was not with the wristband (which was leather) and I wear leather bracelets/nacklace (opposite hand) and have never had this problem, so don't blame it on the leather... Anyway to the problem, well for the longest time after wearing my galaxy watch 3, i would take it off at night to charge it but noticed whenever I did it itched (around where sensor is), but never left a mark... So I thought maybe it's from the watch/glass/sensor/material. After about 1 year from purchase of every day wear and night charges the same itch came every time I charged it then one day I saw a red mark... I'm like oh thats why I was itching...  Took it off and never wore it again...

Same thing happened to me with my Galaxy watch 6. It burned my wrist and sent pains up my entire arm.  I've been waiting over a month for the repair. It's supposed to be fixed and on its way back. I hope it is fixed, should be accountable for hazardous products.
