Notification issues

Is anyone having issues getting notifications to work properly on their galaxy watch 4 Classic?

I pre ordered mine with the z fold 3 and it doesn't vibrate or have sound despite all the settings being on to enable sound/vibration. 

Is there an update I have to wait for?

If anyone has any help that would be great. I don't want to send the watch back to Samsung if it's a software issue...

So that didn't do anything... convinced its an issue with the z fold 3, wearable app and galaxy watch 4 classic connections

Hi, If possible, pair watch 4 with any other phone and check if you get notifications.

Sounds like bugs on ZFold3 with GW4 on Messages notifications.

Yeah I'm hoping UI 4 fixes it. Happened after the update

Wearable has an update but not the plug in for the watch. I'll attach the software of each

So I figured out the problem. Bare in mind this is my first smart watch but I just found out it doesn't work so good on tattooed skin hahahaha! Needless to say it's working fine and thank you guys for trying to help!! 😅🤣
