Preparing Dispatch???

I ordered a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and the Galaxy Buds Pro on 3/23. On 3/24 the order went from Processing to Preparing Dispatch. Anyone on here have an idea based on recent experience how long it takes for Samsung to put a watch and a set of headphones in a box, print a label and ship it out? I also ordered (on a separate order) an S22 Ultra, but after reading through the forums here, I am not holding my breath expecting it to ship anytime soon, even though it too moved from Processing to Preparing Dispatch after 3 days.

According to Samsung, my item was put in a box 10 days ago. Still waiting for FedEx to pickup and deliver. Someone at Samsung needs to remind FedEx that there are packages waiting. It's been atleast 10 days and no pickup.

I ordered from Samsung thinking that the service would be much better and more secure. The only thing I have ordered from them before was my Note 10+ back in 2019, and it shipped the next day. I wonder what happened in their logistics. I find it hard to believe that a company that large would have all of these orders just sitting there waiting for FedEx to pick them up. With the amount of business they are giving FedEx, they should have a fleet of trucks at their door everyday picking up. If it really is a bottleneck caused by FedEx, then they should start looking for another courier who can meet their demands. And if it just them taking 6-7 days to put something in a box, they need to either more/better help, or start outsourcing the online order picking to a company that can fulfill on time and more efficiently. Either way, thanks for all the comments; glad I'm not alone in this waiting game.

It's the same with me, I ordered my watch on 28 March, and I have had the status since yesterday.

I'm at Day 9 sitting in Preparing Dispatch. I contacted Samsung again and was told FedEx will pick up in 2-3days. Seriously! No FedEx pickups in a week! They told me that when I called 3 days ago. Hopefully it will arrive next week. I feel like cancelling and reordering through Amazon - cheaper and next day delivery.

I'm just afraid the same phone through Amazon won't actually be a legit Samsung brand. The colour description is different and it's almost 100 bucks cheaper. Why is the price so different? Red flag for me. I'm afraid it won't work with my phone provider. The Samsung rep cautioned me to not buy through Amazon. But I know Samsung just wants my business.
