Preparing Dispatch???

I ordered a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and the Galaxy Buds Pro on 3/23. On 3/24 the order went from Processing to Preparing Dispatch. Anyone on here have an idea based on recent experience how long it takes for Samsung to put a watch and a set of headphones in a box, print a label and ship it out? I also ordered (on a separate order) an S22 Ultra, but after reading through the forums here, I am not holding my breath expecting it to ship anytime soon, even though it too moved from Processing to Preparing Dispatch after 3 days.

Not going to bother with that ordeal. Will most likely take more time to get the refund and then buy/order from elsewhere even with Amazon next day delivery. I've waited this long so I can wait until it finally arrives. I feel different if it was a phone, but it is a watch and not a crucial item I need, it's just a want. I should have just ordered through Amazon in the first place. But I was afraid it wasn't a legit device that will work in Canada on my provider and the agent cautioned me about purchasing through Amazon. It's now been 12 days and I finally got through the chatline again after a couple days of trying. No resolve except I was told I will receive the device next week. LOL I was told that 5 days ago last week. Apparently, I will receive the device next week and told shipping depends on what's available in stock in the warehouse. LOL, I was told 5 days ago the device is packaged and ready for FedEx in 2-3 days. The agent said she will escalate. LOL. Ya probably not. Script readers avoiding actual questions and offer no help except to say "You will receive your order next month" and " It is our responsibility to  deliver the product to you" Same answer saying it will be soon be delivered over and over to different questions  .... I want that job! LOL. Side note, I got the violet leather strap from Amazon.com already waiting for the new smartwatch.

Now I see that the Galaxy Watch4 I ordered is out of stock, as well as the Buds Pro which are also on my order. Technically, since my order is Preparing Dispatch and has been for 11 days now, and according to all of the posts here that means that my order is already prepared and is waiting for FedEx to pick it up, the OOS situation should not have any impact on my order. In fact, since all of these items are going out of stock, that means that these orders which are in Preparing Dispatch limbo should be going out faster since Samsung is unable to fulfill any new orders, right?

Correct! Hopefully that is the case lol.. i did call in this morning for my watch as well to confirm and that is what i was told. so lets see what happens now!

After 13 days of the Preparing Dispatch status, I just received the call from FedEx that my Samsung4 LTE Smartwatch will be delivered tomorrow by 5 pm! I need to get up early so I don't miss the delivery as it requires a signature. Will be a fun day tomorrow!

Congrats!!! I think we ordered the same day, so hopefully I am next. Once I get the delivery on my watch, then I can start the wait for my S22 Ultra which I ordered around the same time.

I just got my shipment confirmation. Delivery scheduled for tomorrow before noon. All hope is not lost after all!
