Is there a routine that goes something like this on the s25+:

If

 earbuds are open/scanning for connection,

Then

 Turn bluetooth automatically to connect.

When earbuds go in charging case (for single or dual earbuds users),

 Turn bluetooth off

Just a suggestion if it's not implemented. I feel it should make it easier when trying to use the earbuds without thinking to turn on/off bluetooth.

Great suggestion! Currently, Samsung's Modes & Routines app allows for automation based on device connections, but there isn't a built-in routine that automatically turns Bluetooth on when earbuds are scanning and off when they’re placed in the charging case.

However, you can create a similar routine manually in Modes & Routines:

Routine 1: Turn on Bluetooth when earbuds case is open.  Open Settings > Modes & Routines. Tap Add Routine

If condition: Select Device status > Bluetooth device connected. Choose your earbuds model. Then action: Select Connections > Turn Bluetooth on. Save the routine.

Turn off Bluetooth when earbuds disconnect: Open Modes & Routines. Tap Add Routine

If condition: Select Device status > Bluetooth device disconnected. Choose your earbuds model. Then action: Select Connections > Turn Bluetooth off. Save the routine

This should help automate Bluetooth management when using your earbuds.
