I did the most recent update to my phone and my watch is up to date as well... now my watch is dying so fast. In the entire time I've owned this watch, it has never died while wearing... sometimes up to 2 days without a need for charging. Now I need to charge it multiple times per day!! 

WHAT happened to it?! It's useless if it can't even keep a charge now!

Hi esor, have you analyze your watch battery usages?

Next, after recent update, have you backup your watch, reset the watch and paired again?

Let's say you have fully charged your watch, in battery page, how long does it last?

it doesn't last. I've reset I've done most of the things that I would even do with my phone.

Sounds like the battery not holding the charge. Maybe need to replace the watch battery from authorized shop.

nah it just happened with the update I did like 4 days ago... the watch is not that old

Hi esor, I suggest you please turn on power-saving mode and close apps running in the background. Please note that exposing your watch to very cold or very hot temperatures can shorten the watch's battery life and causes damage.

as explained in my post, this is since the update. nothing about my usage has changed or my climate or anything. what has changed is samsung released an update and it's ruined the ability to use my watch... I don't feel like carrying around a charger for a watch.

If you reset your watch and not restore any previous settings and data, will battery getting better? If you say the watch is not that old. Could be some software issue.

My experienced with GW3. Brand new last year. My watch battery used 60% in 1 day and I have to charge every day.

I finally noticed that there is a new feature - Fall detection, I am still young and don't need it. Turned off and battery never drain again.

So, if you updated watch software, that means a firmwear update. Maybe there is some new features that drain the battery. If you restore your old settings or watch face, could be not compatible, recommend just try starting from new, withou data and settings restore. Turn off and features you don't need. If not all above, then I have no clue.

what do you do if the watch does not respond at all? It's totally dead now. I took the same update. My watch display stayed on longer than I ever noticed before, even though I checked the settings. They changed the way your exercise stats show up, annoying. I used to be able to charge my watch every 2 days and suddenly it only lasted 24 hours, then it dwindled to 20 hours, then to 10 hours. And since yesterday it is totally dead. I can't turn it on, can't charge it. Nothing.

I used to be able to charge my watch every 2 days and suddenly it only lasted 24 hours, then it dwindled to 20 hours, then to 10 hours. And since yesterday it is totally dead. I can't turn it on, can't charge it. Nothing.
